We do not sell or share your lead data, ever. Data is shared only with the service providers needed to run the platform (hosting, payment processing, email and WhatsApp delivery, and AI providers), each bound to use it solely to provide their service to us. Your data stays in your account for as long as it remains active on the Free plan limits. You can export your leads at any time, and you can request full deletion by contacting support: verified deletion requests complete within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or billing reasons.

Mailbox passwords, SMTP secrets and API keys are stored encrypted and never exposed back through the interface or API, including your own AI keys. Every connection to Leads Ranger runs over HTTPS.
